gonewest05/busybee/"BE"/whoever you are,

Thank you for your input, which only solidifies my previous points, however, I know that those remaining there will be fine, as long as the still know how to keep their mouths shut about anything (that was made clear).

Based on your comment "ITT is not required to keep you on board after you finish your current contract", which is completely accurate for those still there, I would expect nothing less than that as a retaliatory responce against professionals that raise pertinent pay/safety issues.

Unfortunately, that was a long observed historical pattern that's obviously not soon to stop. Even though the controllers spoke up about things, were polite and professional about it, they knew they risked retalliation.

As far as "I" go, I don't have to worry about the problems any more, thus have nothing to lose or fear, so thanks for the consern.

I do find it rather predictable and sad that the only ones seen left to lash out at are the ones still sticking it out day to day, trying to improve operational safety and address issues, supposedly in a professional environment, rather than just give up and walk off the job.

I will say that Safety issues are always a top priority, especially if you've worked for me and they are taken as far as they possibly can be taken through the company and through the government. In order for you to know and understand the scope of things, there's a process that has to happen to get the Government to furnish, fix and replace equipment. In order to change procedures, progressive and mandatory steps are required. I understand some of your concerns and have addressed them personally and equipment issues are a valid issue from a controllers perspective. However; at no time have these issues not been addressed and taken to the furthest possible step in order to satisfy the controllers needs.

As far as you thinking this was a retaliatory response, you are sadly mistaken. The fact is you have absolutely no idea what takes place behind the scenes on a daily basis to protect and assist the employees for ITT. You have no idea the lengths that are discussed on a regular basis in order to better every facet of employment with ITT, yet all you can do is complain. Now that your complaints are observed, looked into and dismissed, you continue to complain.

Instead of always complaining, how about use your infinite wisdom and vast amounts of experience to offer suggestions that will help fix the problem and not be a part of the problem. Complaining will not get you anywhere with ITT or in this world. I know you can't go back to Midwest, they won't have you either, so your options are limited. That's what happens when you don't get checked out, your options become very limited, especially operating overseas.

Because I always look out for my employees and for ITT (even though you aren't my actual employee anymore)...I will give you the opportunity to email me all your complaints, all your questions and I will personally address and provide you the background to each one.

I believe in looking and taking care of ITT employees and I give 100% to assist, always putting my employees first. This is your opportunity to quit your complaining, quit your crying and get to the bottom of your personal problem, or you can be the coward that you appear to be by hiding behind your screen name. ATC down under depicts exactly what a coward does, hides down under the strong and bold. The choice is yours, address the issues, let me provide you the answers and background that will more than satisfy your questions or continue to complain and cry. YOU have been given the opportunity to get answers to your questions....the rest is up to you.

p.s. You know who I am, you know my email address, either call me or email me.
