dfiantii,
My experience is 25 years FAA with nearly 20 of that in combined approach/tower facilities. Since I retired I've been working in Afghanistan.

I've discovered that applying to the Serco central office is unreliable at the minute due to some job shuffling. Best thing to do is apply direct to the contract managers.

Dubai = sercodxb@emirates.net.ae
Sheikh Zayed Centre (ACC) = Sercoacc@emirates.net.ae
Sharjah = Sercoshj@emirates.net.ae
Fujairah (not serco) = satco@fujairah-airport.com
Bahrain Airport & Centre = sercoial@batelco.com.bh
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain = Wayne.Kuhne@sercoauh.ae
Ras Al Khaimah = Sercorak@emirates.net.ae

Hope that helps

I heard that Rick Sharpe has replaced Brendon Ginn in Dubi, I just hope to receive an offer for Ras Al Khaimah before my contract in Afghanistan ends

Seanaldo,

The problem that you are going to run into is that most of the companies that perform ATC services want you to have 3 to 5 years of busy civilian or military ATC experience. I can tell you first hand that Kandahar isn't for the newby controller with limited experience. This place pushes over 1000 operations a day on a single runway.
