Im sure this has been asked...what are the busiest/hardest AFB's to work?

Also what are the most difficult AFB's to work out of FL,GA,SC, and NC? These would be my preferred states so if any AFB is above average difficulty then I will put that at the top of my list?

As far as location goes Patrick and MacDill would be my favorite but I would not want to go if they are very easy to control.

Patrick is no longer military controllers, and I've only see 1 person ever go to Macdill, its a slow base and I've tried to get there for the last 6 years. Neither GA base is "busy", Shaw from what I was told isn't busy anymore, but has a great work schedule. FAA has Charleston. I've never met one person that came from Seymour Johnson wanna go back, or say 1 good thing about it, and goldsboro is a shithole. Pope is civilians I believe now. Eglin and Tyndall are still pretty busy bases, and hurlburt field or however its spelled is a great mix of traffic, but not ass kicking busy.

As far as AF goes you won't get an overly busy or complex tower. Radar on AF is where you'll get good traffic, Busiest are Eglin, columbus, Laughlin, Shepard, Vance, nellis and I've heard Luke. Not in that particular order.

This list is pretty much correct as far as heavier traffic goes, however it's not always true that radar is busier than tower, it depends on the base. Nellis for example, I'd say the tower is more difficult than the radar.

I've seen so many people lose their assignment in the last year here at osan. Hell I even saw a guy get sent back here after his tmo already shipped to japan. I lost my bop before i even boarded the flight to osan. I believe the air force does care. They care about making you as miserable as possible, and trying to brainwash you into staying in.
