Well, sort of. The AIA is a shill for the companies the FAA wants to give billions of dollars. By the letter of the law, the [m blakey] doesn't work for them. But in reality, lockheed and boing give the AIA money and the AIA gives it to her.

The rest of his jdoe's post refers to those same companies giving campaign money to elected officials to keep these contracts coming. Money that the saved the FAA by screwing the new controllers in the IWR pay rules.
