Just one example is when he was asked about the incident at Lindberg field with the SWA 73 and the GA jet almost making love on the field. His response was he was not aware of the situation which is a flat out lie. The Administrator gets a daily briefing on the happenings of the NAS and any incident that involves passengers is on that daily briefing. He knew about it but decided to lie about not knowing about it.
