yeah, they're all current or retired FAA controllers. for any of you tower guys with patience and a passion for teaching the next generation, you should look into instructing at BVI. its a small VFR tower with a ballpark traffic count of about 300 a day consisting of mainly flight school operations (departures to the practice area, pattern work, practice approaches).
