So I got this paper saying that I will have to start paying dues, but if I don't want to pay dues I will have to pay not to. WTF What is NATCA doing with Midwest Is NATCA scrambling to find other sorces of money or what I guess 1.5% of new employee's only making 37,000 is not enough.
