When you change your email address, it doesn't change it on the application itself, but the FAA
does have your new address. I changed mine after PUBNAT2 closed and received PUBNAT2 emails at the new address, so I can confirm that this is true.
Now... how long ago did you change it? If it was within the past month, the email address they gave Robinson (the guys who administer the AT-SAT) would most likely have been your old one. Robinson contacts you about the test, not the FAA... so I would check up on that if that's the case.
