Ok am I trippin' or are there 10 choices for geoprefs?? I thought there were only like 2 or 3 for PUBNATS in the past...interesting...

Read the bottom of the announcement, right before you hit APPLY. It explains what to do. You put "Throughout the Nation". You don't pick states.

Oooohhh gotcha...I see it

Edit: I just finished my application and it wouldn't let me press Submit without picking at least ONE geographical Preference...so I dunno, I picked 5 and I'm assuming I'll get the "real" geo-pref email later on if what you're saying is correct...either way, I'm glad one stage of this process is finally under way...

I also tried submitting it without choosing a geo pref and so I just used all ten slots.

An 11-day application window? Doesn't that seem kind of short compared to previous ones?
