Traditional Routers
Posted: 09-22-2009, 02:13 PM

Seems like a lot of people who went to the PEPCs are moving along in the process. I wasnt selected for any of the PEPCs and went the traditional route. It has been aprox. 6 weeks since I finished the MMPI and probably 2 months since my physical, security, fingerprints, ect... I called AC this week and they only have my wiz quiz back. Just wanted to see how everyone else who went the traditional route was coming along? First time posting but have followed SM closley during this long process and appreciate all the info shared.

I started off going the traditional route, did my interview at ZHU(my facility, I live in Houston) but then I got an invite to ATL pepc. I went there Aug 4th but all I allegedly have back is my drug test. Really 7 weeks and all they have is my pee results.....

I know others from the pepc that don't know much either..... I'm guessing it's 50/50 with traditional ppl as well. Looking around on here seems like some traditional people have been fully cleared..

Has anyone had any luck being proactive and expediting medical or MMPI results...My HR rep sent my TOL and letter instructed me send my security package to the wrong region so I can understand them taking a litter longer than usual...

I don't think there's much you can do to expedite the process, other than be persistent with contacting HR for updates (without making a pest of yourself.) My TOL instructed me to send the security package to the Great Lakes region, which is where my facility is. I live in the Southern region. How do you know your TOL was wrong?

Security in the region I was offered a position in called 2 weeks ago asking me if I sent my informaiton in and that they had not recieved anything to date. I read the adress off the TOL and explained I had sent it a few weeks ago. She indicated that was the wrong region all together...Georiga vs. Massachusetts.

So is it supposed to be sent to the region you live in or the region your facility is located in?

It (Security info) should be sent to the region that you're going to.
