Are the new pay rates not shown in our FOL?
Posted: 11-16-2009, 01:00 PM I got my FOL but I thought the pay rates were just changed. The rate in my letter seems like the old one. Can anyone shed light on this? To be more specific, what is the new rate for fresh out of training (with 13.86%)?

Posted: 11-16-2009, 01:03 PM The new pay rates will not show up until Jan 1. Even if your start date is after Jan 1, you will still see the old pay scale applied for every FOL issued prior to Jan 1.
