Need Point of Contact for PUBNAT5

I am a PUBNAT 5 guy and I received my TOL for ZOB on August 5th, 2009 at the Atlanta PEPC. Since that date I have heard nothing. My Human Resource Specialist is C.S. (from reading the I heart S.F. thread I'm guessing we're not supposed to say their names?). I emailed her for the first time on November 3rd and got an auto reply 4 hours later saying she was out of the office that week...I never got a reply so I called her on December 1st and of course got her a voicemail and left her a message, so I am currently waiting again for a response. I turned 31 a few weeks ago and I know that the TOL freezes my age...however I have not gotten a definitive answer on how long...the most common answer is one year, but is that from my b'day or from the day I received my offer letter?

All I am trying to do is find out if my medical and security are all set and if I am in the pool for a class date, and also to make sure they plan on getting me to class before it?s too late. I have spoken to someone at ZOB and was told that I am on the list they got for new hires arriving at the facility in 2010, for whatever that?s worth.

Is their another point of contact that you guys know of that I can call and get some of these basic questions answered???

Sorry if any of this has been posted before, I read through a bunch of threads and didn?t see anything about C.S., a definitive answer on age freeze, and an alternative point of contact (I have read people have contacted the career service division, but I have not found the number posted).

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

you only need your TOL by 31. you're fine there. as for getting info out of those people, good luck. you can try calling other HR reps. the most they could help you with is confirming youre good to go with your medical and security clearance. nobody will be able to help you with a class date. the drug test expires every 6 months so you can expect to take that again. stay on them.

Thanks for all the help guys...Found out all my clearances are all in, my age is frozen for as long as it takes to get me hired, and that C.S. is no longer my HR contact since I am going to a center and was handed off to S.F.
