Overseas Contract Towers...?

I'm separating from the military in the next 6 months and am interested in hooking up with a Contract Tower overseas. Does anyone have any information on who runs which ones and where they are? Also, a general idea of the pay scales? I know Midwest has several in Iraq and Afghanistan and other Mideat countries...but does anyone know if there are towers elsewhere? Anywhere really.
