Anyone have info on St. Croix (STX) tower?

Does anyone have any information on STX tower? Is there any local income tax? ( I used to live in San Juan and taxes are a killer ) Is there any housing provided? ( there used to be when it was FAA, pre Hugo )

Just curious at the moment, 222 days until retirement from FAA :-)

Living on St. Thomas does present varied challenges but overall can be a very satisfying experience. FAA employees transferred to St. Thomas are provided government housing which eliminates the burden of obtaining suitable housing. Federal employees on St. Thomas receive a twenty (20) percent Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) which also helps offset the high cost of living on the island.
