Dear Mr. Taylor:

This response is to acknowledge receipt of your June 16, 2008 letter requesting a review and reconsideration of rates for Air Traffic Control Specialists, Terminal issued on McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act wage determinations. Specifically, you believe Air Traffic Control Specialists, Terminal throughout the country are not being properly compensated. Your letter was received in this office on July 2, 2008.

We are in the process of reviewing your concerns. However, additional time is needed. As soon as our review is completed, we will fully respond. In the meantime, if we can assist you further, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
