Questions about the PV
Posted: 09-27-2008, 08:44 PM

If you are doing center. Do the examiners pick the center that they will test you on or do you PV based on the center you are going to or can you pick the center you want to test on?

What air space does that sector cover?
I can't find sector 66 in ZME.

It's not the exact airspace as the sector in ZME. Altitudes are different and other small changes. You will PV on the same airspace that you run all your scenarios on at the academy. There's no sense in trying to pre-study it before the academy.

Is it the same for Terminal -- you study and test on the same location?

Thanks. I found it! I was looking at high altitude. I very rarely use the low charts.
So if I become familiar with the low altitude enroute chart "39" it should help out some?

PV Thoughts.....

I was just wondering what anyone who has taken the enroute PV recently thought of it in terms of difficulty. Approx what level is it compared to the problems that we run leading up to the PV? Thanks for the info!
