What kind of innbound clearance are you used to?

In Sweden we have to give "Cleared to" or "cleared direct", as well as destination, type of approach(p-rnav, or vectors) and rwy in use.

What do you prefere?

I prefer cleared direct since that usually means i get there faster...cleared to is usually followed by either radar vectors or a departure (or routing for pop ups) of some sort.

I like anything with "As Filed" in it...

our clearances do not include the runway to expect or the type approach to expect. it's usually too far down the line to even know. some clearances are 30 or so controllers (sometimes more) down the line before they land.
