My Federal Retirement has received a flood of emails in the last week asking for updates on the current status on numerous pending bills in Congress affecting the pay and benefits of federal employees and annuitants, including:

- 2010 pay raise

- NSPS pay-for-performance status

- FERS sick leave credit toward retirement

- CSRS part-time work before retirement

- Rehiring retired federal employees

- Domestic partnership benefits
