OPM Launches "Managing My Own Health" Website

Last week, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) launched "Managing My Own Health," a new website that provides federal employees with healthcare information and tools they can use to keep track of their individual health needs.
Some of the features on the website include:
- look up recommendations for the healthcare screenings an individual under age 50 should have.
- create a personal health record by keeping track of health screenings using one of the fillable and downloadable forms on the website.
OPM expects to release more features on the site soon to assist federal employees become more informed about the recommendations for health screenings and keep their health records up-to-date.
