Rules and regulations don't mean jack to the FAA! I don't know why they even bothered making a white book when they won't even follow the rules of it when it doesn't suit them! Management can eat shit and die for all I care!

Denying FMLA for "birth/care" of my newborn son even though the whitebook says "when requested, it shall be approved", or something like that!

There's actually several articles they violated.

you know the nypd wont let my husband take off to be home with me either?? isnt that some bullshit??? its a federal labor law yet they can just blow it off, i just saw this post right now......if you or your wife can show medical cause or a written letter from the docor for you to be home with the baby how can they deny it?
