7110.65 and regulations writing

Anyone know, who is and how to contact the people who write and disseminate the 7110.65. FAA Aerospace, Bob, OKC? I am neck deep in some research I am doing and it has come to a point I need to, if possible, goto the top and ask some questions by email or what have you.

u trying to get something changed or u looking for explanations? there's a page in the .65 that deals with that. it might just be an insert on the changes. i'll try to check it next time i'm at work. gives an address and phone number who u can contact.

Just post up questions here, we are more than happy to help. I doubt you will get a hold of anyone who wrote the .65 to explain it to you.

Thats the thing, getting no where. Different OPINIONS across the board. See the Military GCA ops post of mine from awhile back...

whenever they post a change there is an insert with contact numbers. our facility copy is missing that insert. i know i've seen it many times. we've (read: co-workers when i was at IWA) gotten the FAA to reclassify the A4 Skyhawk to a S+ after being a L for some time. i know it's possible to get clarification or submit a change request.

alot of the rules are opinionated also which will make it hard when trying to learn.
