What is the seperation needed between SVFR a/c and other SVFR a/c and IFR a/c within class c airspace with out any kind of LOA?

Thanks for any help

I would say use IFR separation.

with no LOA... SVFR and IFR should be one in one out. Cant have both in the airspace at the same time.

Call Traffic, Turn IFR aircraft if needed to ensure seperation if IFR cannot see traffic. You can advise the VFR to turn also.

One in one out. The pilot is required to maintain cloud clearance. Simply put he can climb/descend as needed. Even if you started out with IFR separation, there is no guarantee it will be maintained. For career longevity, one in one out!

With an LOA the separation can be reduced... but without one the minimum is one in your airspace at a time. If you have a SVFR operating in your airspace and an IFR inbound on an approach the SVFR must exit the airspace or land prior to the IFR reaching the airspace. Same with IFR departures prior to them becoming airborne.
