This was just discussed in posts above yours. Read it again carefully.

If runways are intersecting, there is not a wake turbulence hold for Large vs Small. Only Heavy vs Everything.

Large Vs Small wake turbulence is for intersection departures from the SAME runway, same or opposite direction only. Intersecting runway operations are not affected. Though WT may exist, there is not a prescribed hold time.

I'm in the AF and my ACCTLR (who has also been a pilot for 20 years) says that wake turbulence is generated when the aircraft is in the "rotated" position. So WT is generated when an aircraft's nose gear lifts off during takeoff and up until the point the the nose gear touches down on landing.

Regardless of the he said/she said, the AIM says where the actual wake turbulence starts/ends. There is no substitution for the rules. I'd post the section, but people already have about a million times.
