Laws and Regulations
User access and use of StuckMic is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.
You agree to follow these laws and refrain from endorsing, participating, or attempting to involve yourself with illegal discussion while using this site.

Site Language
The site is written in English. Each post must also be written in English. Any threads or posts that are written in a foreign language will be removed. The reason for this is simple, we can't translate every language out there. Posts written in foreign languages could contain rude, insulting or hateful information, and as a result, we do not allow ANY foreign posts. There are NO exceptions!

User Conduct
We understand that there may be differences in opinions between the users of our website. We encourage constructive debate but do not condone harrassing, name calling, or degrading members in any way. Users that violate this policy are subject to having their post or thread removed and/or their account banned. Though we try and enforce this policy, we are not able to see every post all the time and are not responsible for the content posted on our website by another member. If you see something you think may be questionable, please bring it to our attention by using the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of any page.

Account Sharing
Sharing an account with a friend or another family member is not allowed. If you wish to utilize StuckMic, you must have your own account.
This is to prevent one of the users of the account from being banned, and thus banning everyone who was using that account.

Advertising / Solicitation
We do not condone or allow unsolicited advertising on this site. If you are joining this site in an effort to advertise your own, you will be removed and your site will be blocked.

Advertising includes, but is not limited to: "Check My New Site out", "Vote For Us", "How Does This Look", etc. If you are trying to get the members of StuckMic to visit your site, or a site that will benefit your site, you are soliciting StuckMic. Of course this does not pertain to our paid sponsors. They pay for the liberty of advertising their properties.

Cross Posting
Post your comment/question to the most appropriate place. Any posts deemed to be in the wrong forum will be moved. Do not cross-post the same question to multiple places.

Plagiarism
Do NOT plagiarize, use your own words. If you wish to use the words of somebody else, quote them, citing the source unless they list it as a site violation. Plagiarism is unethical and is illegal in many countries. If you don't have the authors permission to post it, don't.

Copyright Infringement
At NO point should you use someone else's information or images without first getting their permission and at NO point should you be using this sites material without our written permission. If you are found infringing on someone's copyright, or this sites copyright, you will be removed from StuckMic and your host will be contacted. We do not endorse this type of behavior and strongly enforce copyright violations.

Stuck Mic does NOT allow its material to be posted on other websites. Everything written on SM is directly related to this site and becomes this sites property when it is added. If you do not agree with this, don't post or advertise here. To cross post material to another website you MUST have our written consent.

Changes
The rules for this site can and likely will be changed from time to time. Please check in occasionally to ensure that you are abiding by any alterations we have made to this sites rules.
