Hello all
Posted: 11-13-2009, 03:59 AM Hey guys, a lil about me
I'm House "JT", I'm originally from Southern California. I'm 23, been in the Air Force for just over 4 years. Worked at Grand Forks, North Dakota in the RAPCON for about 3 years, currently stationed in the RAPCON at Osan, Korea for a year. After this i'm goin to Beale AFB in NorCal (Tower only) to get my first tower experience. So I have just under 2 years left in the Military, and I'm about 98.5% sure I'm gettin out. Plans, well I'm hoping to get in the FAA when I get out and moving back down to SoCal and hopefully if all goes well get a shot at SoCal Approach. Meaning of course I get accepted, but really any ATC job would be fine by me. That's about it in a nutshell. I know a few controllers on the boards that I've worked with before, and hope to meet some new ones, and maybe get some helpful info on helping me apply to the FAA for when i get out. I'll be in Seoul in a couple of days for a brief visit. Any advice on things to do there? |

And thanks guys, I've searched a bit through the threads before, just lookin around. There seems to be a lot of good info. Very excited to get into it |
