So like many others, I have been watching the forum for months now and would like to finally introduce myself. Just grad from GRCC CTI. So now I am in the pool just waiting. still debating on the states, don't know where to pick.

As far as states go, your best bet is to figure out places you're interested in and to call people there yourself. You may have better luck getting in touch with NATCA reps as opposed to managers; they latter've received so many calls from applicants the past months that I think many are feeling less inclined to help than they used to. People will speculate to death here, but you won't get too many specifics.
