Amazing website, a great resource! Some really interesting material here.

I know nothing about aviation or air traffic control, and am trying to learn it all from scratch in order to get the details right for a story. Problem is, the more I learn the dumber I feel.

I'd like to find an ATC who's familiar with Phoenix airspace and procedures, and who would be willing to answer a few procedural questions. It's not a big scene, I just want to make sure the details are correct.

Also... don't know what your story's covering, but there's an active user on here who works as a customer service agent (I think) for Alaska at PHX. Not sure if that perspective would be useful as well.
