Yes they are but, it's a contract job, it's future isn't etched in stone.

Sounds like a good deal, just don't understand who negotiated this contract. Was this negotiated through the FAA, or the department of labor?

If I remember correctly the "pay" comes from the dept. of labor, from a research they did on the job. They need to come research our job.

I cant beleive level 7 facility pay. I know they dont work much traffic but damn they are keep people alive. They can make way more just driving big trucks to the next state. Its way easier and dont have to deal with any management bullsh*t. Still have crazy hours. I beleive in the FAA and everything will get turned around! Whoo hoo lets go FAA baby!!!!!!
