VRA age limit?

Is there an age limit for prior military controllers going FAA via the VRA route? I know the age limit doesn't apply to controllers who retire from the military, but what about controllers getting out without retiring? Thanks in advance.

With that said, I got to know a guy at my PEPC who squeezed in after 31. Took a call by a Congressman, but if you're on the line, it'd be worth a shot.

Now if you've in your 40's or something, yeah, that ain't gonna happen.

DOD has a limit of 36. Still a chance to get a job.

Its probably 36...They want to use and abuse you for at least 20years. Its not 31, I was at the academy with VRA's over 31.

Those are not VRA's. They are RMC (retired military controllers) or VRA's that got into DOD before they turned 31 and then went FAA route after they turned 31.
