Anyone going to Atlanta Tracon?
Posted: 08-19-2009, 09:46 PM I went to PEPC in Chicago and recieved my TOL for Atlanta tracon. Is anyone else going to A80?i havent recieved a Fol or class date and i cannot get in touch with my HR for nothing in the world.Security called and asked a couple of questions but thats all i heard. I have 20 more days left in the navy and wondering if maybe theyre just waiting for me to show them my DD 214.

Posted: 08-21-2009, 10:45 AM I doubt it. IDK when your PEPC was, but mine was in APRIL and I'm still waiting on a class date/fol. So.... enjoy the unemployed life for a while.

Posted: 08-27-2009, 05:31 PM i figured id be unemployed for while which has its ups and downs.Im hearing A80 is tough,but im pretty confident in my control ability.Ive been controlling for 5 years now although nothing like A80.im just anxious and ready to get started. im moving to atlanta in 2 weeks and i plan on making a trip to the facility to get a feel for the place.maybe they will give a a copy of their facility manual so i can get a lil headstart on things.

Posted: 08-28-2009, 01:37 PM wow, i just got an email today asking if i could start the academy september 22. i guess the wait wasnt as long as expected.i dont know if ill be able to take that date though. thats 2 weeks after i get out the navy and i have to move, enroll my daughter in school, and alot of other things. im still undecided at this point. Jalvis id appreciate that info.
