My husband's just says the same thing: "Referrals are based on submitted questionnaire at time of referral." What's that mean?

Mine said that I was on the referral list for FL and TN. I saw what your husbands says before I was referred. If he wasn't referred in Oct he will not see anything. Hopefully they will generate more referral lists soon. The first step for him will be checking ASAP in the upcoming months for a state to be referred to, and that will show up where you are checking now.

Actually here is exactly what mine referral list status shows now:

I am on the VRA that rolls over right. I just applied CTO again. Is that all I can do?

Yea for now. Selections will happen again in Late jan. If I were you, bewteen the two apps select 4 different states to increase your odds. get your foot in he door.
