Tentative Offer Letter for Idaho!
Posted: 12-04-2009, 06:33 PM

Yay! I got my TOL today, but it still doesn't say where I am going! It just says Idaho. I picked Idaho because I was told I would be sent to Boise, but then was told they didn't have a Boise spot anymore, but I would go to Twin Falls. That was months ago, and haven't heard anything since.I am pretty sure I know I am going to Twin Falls Airport which I am not too thrilled about, but I nothing has been in writing. Anyone else recieve a TOL with no facility?

Congrats on the TOL.. that is strange about the facility though, when are you supposed to receive it now? On the FOL?

Congrats, if you do get twin falls it should be an easy transition to boise later in your career.

Congrats Trev, which announcement did you get picked VRA or CTO?

Certain circumstances you get a TOL with no facility but normally it reads salary info and location of work along with 5 attachments of craziness that needs to get done!

VRA. It did read the salary, and the attachments, just no facility. Did yours have your facility?

TWF is a slow VFR tower with a non-radar approach control function. read up on your timed approaches. BOI would've been a sweet first gig. I was at IDA for a little while, so semi-know the area well.

were u at Mountain Home in the AF?

It said 33k, but I thought VRA was going to get D1? Is that not right? And also, that doesn't include the locality right?
