Looking for information on RMC appointment

Does anybody have any information for a soon to be retired Army ATC? I have a total of 10 ratings, a combination of AIC, GCA Tower both ATCS and CTO x 4. I am now 38 and wondering about the Phoenix 20 program and being hired as RMC. Has anybody who is on this site been hired after retirment from the military?

I have submitted an application online, and I have read most of what is posted in this forum so it does look like what you say is true. I was just wondering if there was any RMC who frequented this site and had anything to say.
