The wage determinations are not actually related to the negotiations. They are more a floor to work from. In the current contract we receive 3% each October. In our proposal we are proposing 4% in the new contract. RVA is proposing a set scale that is somewhat less over four years. FSS has no bearing on our negotiations.

I was a NATCA member before I was terminated in the RVA downsizing. I was at Galveston. I was recently re-hired at Galveston and I'm waiting on Curtis Endsley to get me the sign up form. I will be back in NAFTA asap. I am very much pro-union.
