Re: Getting there Adam, here is what my HR rep told me when I asked her this question: "Do not purchase your own ticket. 10-14 days prior to your class date, you will receive a Fed Ex packet from the academy and in that packet it explains the steps you need to take to purchase your ticket."

There should not be a "formalized system" as has been proposed. Of course the hiring manager at ABC Bank will give preference to a graduate of an Ivy League school but the human element will not be removed. He will interview the applicant and consider his work experience. The interview process...
