This is a dumb decision. You did not get picked up last time because your atsa score was not high enough. Take the test, there is plenty of people who want this job and will continue to pass you up when they score higher than you on the atsa.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I was hired in 2016. You guys are saying attach letters of recommendation and I disagree. AFAIK it doesnt say anything about attaching them in the application and I dont think it has any weight on whether you get selected or not. Follow their instructions to a "T."...

Don't get ahead of yourself. Focus on passing the academy first. Training is no different at your facility. Be prepared to hit the ground running once it starts, they are waiting for you to become complacent.

Got picked up off 2016 bid. Went to okc in July, started at my center this month. 16 months from application to passing academy and being place at center
