Well, you get that much total. If the place you stay at uses the full housing allotment, then the easiest way is to sign up for CBA which the housing company will charge/the FAA will pay them directly. When you go in to request your per diem you will just get your meal per diem for the month...

That's total, including your meals and incidentals. Housing per diem is technically only like $58 something. Is anyone staying at Anatole? I don't really know of any of my previous CTI friends that will be here this month so I have a bunch of en route stuff I could pass down to whoever.

Before you eval, you can opt to pick ZAN. They will add it to the list, however, if I'm not mistaken, depending on how many in your class actually pass and where you rank as well, and there are other mandatory places on the list then you'd have to go to a mandatory if you do not get to pick one...

ZLC isn't on the list any time soon. Same with ZDV or ZJX. ZBQ is on there a bit, and they have a real good training program and pass rate. They don't let anyone go right to a TRACON right out of the academy, it's level 7 or lower, usually more likely a 5 or 6 in the middle of nowhere.

Is this the most recent placement list? What else is on there, out of curiosity. PIE is nice, I'm from that area (SRQ to be exact).

What do you drive? And they just don't maintain them. There are just cracks and holes everywhere. There are some okay parts here and there but even still, they're just garbage.

Forgot to add, the roads here suck a big floppy one. So if you're at all lowered, start planning on driving like you're drunk all the time to avoid all the holes and just plain shitty roads.

On the plus side though, stick it out and you'll CPC within a year probably and can start putting in to transfer somewhere else, compared to en route guys who will tentatively have to ride out 3-5 years to certify and start requesting to transfer if they want.

Hard to say but don't expect any tower above a level 7. I'm not terminal but last list I heard had places from like St. Thomas to Bismark, ND. You'll more than likely get some little Level 5 in the middle of nowhere.
