I was OTS bid and got a 5 out of the academy, my friends that applied on the prior experience bid, from the bases I was stationed at, are all getting 8's and 9's. While I have seniority on them, they're making quite a bit more than me.....

I would have had to take 160+ hours of leave. Glad to have it transfer with me as well as the 130+ hour of sick leave :) and then I'll be on my way with the 8 hours of leave per pay period this summer. Glad for all of that :)
