AFW - Facility Swap Request

I work in a tower and we have to call the weather guy to wake him up half the time so he make changes to automatic reported weather. Then we have to call him again to tell him what it should read instead of whatever wrong information he put in.

Nobody leaves that test and feels good about it. I crashed a plane into the airport and I got a 97.

They cover all costs for all tests. Nothing to pay up front. They assist you in finding a dr and testing locations (you still have to call and schedule these appointments). You pay for the gas getting to a from places.

The academy is kind of boring so far. Lots of classroom stuff. I can't wait to get into the sims. If you wan't you can pm me your email and I'll send you stuff that you can look at to get a head start.

Re: graduated CTI's and facility placements. 1. When I applied I could choose 5 states and that was it. You couldn't choose terminal or en route or anything. I know a guy that applied on a later announcement and on that one there were only 2 states and you could choose terminal or en route...

Sept. 22. Didn't get my packet till 6 days before. I got my FOL about a month before.

If you have Anderson that class is easy. I don't know about the other guy.

If you go to Denver there is some weird art there. That could make for a good article. Maybe ask other people in the airport what they think of the art.
