    Well, the facility in question needs to be authorized to do an err sweep/pull. Just because the rep or atm says they need staffing doesn't mean HR and FAA higher ups agree, so the err pull might be denied by HR.

    You would start at D2 at a level 6. Additionally you get 27.88% locality and 8.5% CIP at CMA. You ballpark would get $62359 plus $4144ish of CIP ... give or take a thousand. And not including differentials

    I don't understand why there even needs to be an mou on this issue, it's common sense... Edit: I guess I'm speaking from a standpoint where everyone gets a two year release date, so it's not an issue here...

    ThE way it's been done in the past is AC gets five options he picks one. AX gets the 4 options left over to choose from, BB gets the 3 options left, so on and so forth.

    And all it takes is a very easy waiver to fill out to hold you for two years... and it's almost always approved... Anything less than 2 years right now is lucky, at least in my region.
