Same as above, what is the starting pay? I can't seem to find that anywhere.

Mine was 4 weeks (almost one month). I've seen as little as 2 weeks to as long as 1-2 months.

My medical rep told me when I cleared via email, then I emailed my HR rep and they offered me a date a few days later via email. I've read that most are called though so idk.

Only medical, because I had previously been contacted by my medical rep, they let me know when I cleared. Security did not. I was informed via email (both medical clearance and class date offer/FOL).
