with traffic picking up just a little, it will be interesting to see the 2011 numbers. Cant speak for the GA towers but it looks like VNY is moving back on top. The web site also has 2009 Cargo numbers and top passenger movment airports.

Higher level centers average around 5-6500 operations a day I think. The busiest ones maybe around 7500 on average with peak records around 10,000 and higher.

That would put it over 1 million operations a year.

in the entire US, Daytona Beach, Falcon (FFZ), Williams-Gateway (IWA), GFK, Prescott, and Chandler (CHD) have all been smoking APA in ops so far this year!. I believe 3 of those are contract towers. This isnt counting the #1, #2 said in post above
