I am currently a Junior in High School and would like to become an ATC after High School. What is the best way to become one. Many people are saying that the CTI program is useless but i am not sure if I can trust OTS. What are your opinions on becoming an ATC.

Well, the OTS bid required 3 years work experience, 4 year degree or a combination of work and school. I don't know if working part time through high school counts, but that would be the only way you could apply right out the gate anyways. I would suggest going AF/Navy/Marines and getting real atc experience, then apply when your first contract is up (usually 5-6 years if you get atc guaranteed). That way you can see if atc is something you enjoy/excel at and be able to get a job while waiting around on the FAA.
