I am just sick and tired of nearly everyone whining about the hiring process. Anyone who has done any research or read anything about past bids or advice on this board has been repeatedly told by those that have gone through it that the hiring process takes a long time and to just roll with it.

I feel the same way but truth of the matter is whining and complaining is a natural emotion that most people do in order to gain sympathy and even establish bonds with those who feel the same disparity between the right way to do something and the wrong... it's just a human thing to do
