Just wanted to post my timeline so far.

TOL 2/7 (0pt vet, CTI, enroute)
CIL 2/15
fingerprints and mmpi 2/21
aerospace medicine called 3/17
medical and drug test 3/23 (today)
The doctor said everything looked good and was sending the results to the FAA.
So now I wait, I still haven't heard anything from HR about passing and clearances, I'm hoping no news is good news. did any of you get a notification from hr when your security and mmpi clearances passed?

all of you with FOL's, how long after you finished everything did you get the call for a class date?

seems like some just got a call once everything was done and others got separate calls from different POC's advising them of their approval for each step

TOL 2/24
Sent 2/25
"Hey did you get my stuff?" 3/2
"Uhhh, is this thing on?" 3/9
*indistinct screaming*
New HR Rep 3/20
Resubmitted 3/20
*existential pain*
Definitely along those lines. I've had to submit my paperwork in total, 3 times already. Finally received a "documents received" email yesterday but not from my hr specialist she's been out of the office all week

Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

Today is the 30th dailyversary of waiting for a CIL (2/24).

Its funny how it seems so fast for 30 days in my mind but so slow in practice lol.

did you get a received email? I'm sure youre aware, but a lot of the 2/24 TOLers had to resubmit their paperwork. I restarted my 4 week counter once i resubmitted

quoted the wrong person. I know you resubmitted
TOL enroute 2/24
Received email on 2/27
Nothing since then

I will obviously be checking my email way too often today, but I don't think the 4 week deadline means much considering there are 2/14 TOL holders without a CIL.

TOL 2/24 OTS Enroute
Submitted 2/25

I am with everyone else that did not hear anything back. I finally decided to call aviations career yesterday being that today is the 4 week mark from receiving my TOL. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me basically exactly what everyone here has been saying. My TOL came from the patriots email and she said that they are having issues with that email address. She gave me her email address and had me resend my forms to her directly. She then emailed me back a few hours later to confirm that she received them and that everything was correct. I asked her if resubmitting would put me back in the back of the line and she told me no, that the CILs are being sent out in order based on the date you received your TOL no matter when you submitted your forms. She also told me that they are sending out the CILs in small batches so they do not overwhelm security and medical. They also have pushed back the CIL deadline an additional 2 weeks

I called Tuesday. I asked the HR Rep I spoke to, to verifymy paperwork was received (I sent via fax, and when confirmation was sent tome, I sent unsolicited via email, and still no confirmation came). Sheconfirmed receipt of my email and said the following:

“We’re currently a bit backed up sending out the clearance letters. Based on when you got your tentative offer [2/24] you would typically get the clearance paperwork sometime around this weekend [3/24-3/27]. But we’ve been staggering out the clearance papers because we can’t send everyone to medical at once- we’re only doing a few per week… so you’ll probably get something by the third week in April… I mean, you should definitely keep an eye out for an email because it could come before that, but you shouldn’t necessarily expect anything until about the third week of April.”

Yeah there doesn't seem to be a pattern to how TOL holders are getting their CIL. It's been almost 5 weeks for me and I got a TOL (terminal) on 2/14
