CTO question

Sorry if there was another link for this I just could not find it anywhere. In any case I am trying to find out:
Has anyone ever NOT received an offer from a CTO announcement?
I just completed the CTO application on ASAP, but I was wondering what my odds are...

When I applied it was for a CTO, and VRA jobs. I still have not received anything from the VRA one but the CTO one responded pretty quick and got things rollling. I think I applied about March or so and right now I am just going to my PEP-C next week so make sure you plan with some waiting time. Good luck.

i applied in april.. to vra and cto... i got offers on both after the selection panels in april/may time frame.... vra to DAB (daytona beach.) and CTO to D01 (denver approach). on both applications i put colorado and florida in my preferences.
