Does Anyone Have a Facility Staffing List

Not sure if I am phrasing this correctly, but I am looking for a document that shows the staffing level of each facility. How many people are required at a facility compared to how many people are actually assigned there. I was originally pointed to page 52 of the post about "Facility placement and start dates" but the link no longer works.

I'm pretty sure "staffing ranges" ended last pay period with a new staffing mou. Staffing numbers are now a hard number.

for instance instead of facility xyz having 7-11 cpc's... it's now 11.

Probably where they are in training, had they been developmentals (D1, D2, or D3).
