It is assumed since this application went to the last day, compared to the last application last year (2018) went to the second to last day, that either the cap was met later or was not met at all.Just curious, how fast does the applications usually hit the cap? First hour? First day?
I didn’t get to finish school. I was going for a business degree with a minor air traffic control and I got picked up. All you really need is a great work experience that shows you are progressing. So I’m considered OTS.Each day that goes by i am getting more worried. I am currently in college going for a aeronautical science degree. Same path my father took. He graduated out of Embry-Riddle with the same degree. He applied to the FAA and graduated the academy back in 86. He was in flight service and loved his job. What are the odds i get choosen to move to the next stage to take the ATSA? He has told me a lot of advise and tells me now days it’s unlikely to get hired OTS. Does the FAA hire people that are still in college going for aviation degrees? And any asvise would be great.
