Try 15 seconds or less. Not a hard and fast rule, but anything beyond that is a little weird unless you're having some sort of problem.How about Descent Clearances.... I know the ICAO states say that the descent must started within 2 mins.... However, my experience that it needs to be done within one minute or less before ATC gives us a second reminder!
