FOL Waiver Question

I have received a TOL and am waiting for a FOL (typical ERR). Since my tentative release date is outside 180 days, I understand HR submits a waiver for approval to the ATO (just a signature). I have been waiting for weeks now, and was wondering what typically holds the paperwork up? Does anyone know how long this takes and if there is a department at the service center I could call to get a status report?

Also, if I do not get a waiver back from the ATO and my release date is now inside of 180 days, does HR have the authority to just send me my FOL directly?

I am waiting on mine too and I am inside of 90 days.

Same thing for me. I check in every couple weeks with my rep and its been pending approval from the region for this waiver.

Do you have any idea who to contact to check the status? I understand it is out of HR's hands when the waiver is submitted to the ATO.

Ya, I dont know. Anyone other than my HR rep is too high up on the food chain for me.

Is a waiver required for release dates outside of 180 or 90 days?

90 days don't have a reference for that, just what hr told me

I received my TOL on Dec 1st and FOL on Mar 7th for a lateral center to center transfer. About 68 days between the two.
